Therapeutic Laser

How does Laser Therapy Work?

Laser uses light energy to stimulate tissue repair and provide pain management  The laser uses focused light at various wavelengths to stimulate tissue at and below the surface of the patient's skin.  As a result of exposure to laser light, damaged cells are repaired more quickly.

Laser therapy is safe, effective, painless and has no side effects! This is also a therapy option with a wide variety of applications for pets. It can be used alone or in  conjunction with other therapy modalities to promote healing and lessen or stop chronic pain.

Laser therapy triggers numerous cell functions that enhance:

  • Tissue regeneration

  • Wound healing

  • Reduced inflammation

  • Pain relief- release of the body's natural pain relievers, such as endorphins.
