Payment Options
When should I expect to be billed?
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
Acceptable Payment Options
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Care Credit, checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card and be provided at check out (we are not able to keep payment information on file for any reason).
What if I can't immediately afford emergency care?
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Pawsitive Strides Veterinary Rehabilitation & Therapy understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the Care Credit program.
